This spring truffle is considered the “minor cousin” of the White Truffle due to their similarity in the external appearance, however they are extremely different and clearly recognizable. It has a smooth ocher / orange yellow rind, a garlicky scent and a dark brown red pulp with coarse white veins.

The minimum purchase order is 100g, sizes from 10g to 25g.
