The most important of the Black Truffles also known as the Black Truffle of Norcia or the Truffle of the French Périgord. Its perfume and its sweet taste distinguish it from other Black Truffles. It has a rough matt black peridium (Scorza) and a pulp with white veins.

The minimum purchase order is 100g, sizes from 10g to 25g.

Description

Precious Black Truffle

Harvest period: from December 1st to March 15th.


Use: preferably raw and grated directly on the dishes. A fine decoration on vol-au-vent and bruschetta that gives a special taste. Perfect combination with spaghetti with pepper. Sweet with the best cuts of meat to enhance its organoleptic qualities.
